Nickolas K. Meador
Attorney Nicholas K. Meador was born and raised in St. Louis, where he laid the groundwork for his legal career. An alumnus of Parkway South High School in Manchester, Missouri, he earned his undergraduate degree from Southeast Missouri State University, graduating cum laude. Nicholas completed his legal education at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2015. During law school, he gained invaluable experience by clerking for prestigious private law firms in St. Louis, where he learned the litigation strategies of some of the city’s most successful attorneys.

Kevin Seltzer
After graduating from law school, Kevin Seltzer joined his father in private practice in 2007 and helped create Seltzer & Seltzer, L.C. Then in 2026 along with Nick Meador, he created Meador & Seltzer, L.C. His goal is to handle each client’s case personally, with professionalism and prompt responsiveness. Although he focuses on construction lien law in Missouri and surrounding states, Kevin is also skilled in other business and litigation areas.
Kevin is licenses in the following states: IA, IL, KS, NE and OK.

Tammi D. Tryon
Paralegal / Office Manager Born and raised in Chickasha, Oklahoma, Tammi earned her Bachelor of Professional Studies degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Arkansas Tech University, followed by a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Arkansas State University.
Tammi began her legal career in 2010 as a paralegal in Jonesboro, Arkansas, where she gained experience in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and product liability cases. In 2013, she relocated to Fort Walton Beach, Florida, where she expanded her legal experience by working as a criminal law paralegal. In 2023, Tammi moved to Clayton, Missouri, and joined Kevin Seltzer's legal team, focusing on debt collection and mechanic's lien matters.
Today, Tammi serves as the Office Manager of Meador & Seltzer, L.C., overseeing the firm's daily operations while continuing her work as a paralegal.
AttorneyJoseph M. Hoffman
Joey was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, where he attended Parkway Central High School. Following high school, Joey attended Arkansas State University on a baseball scholarship before graduating with honors from the University of Missouri in 2011, and Mizzou’s School of Law in 2014, where he was on the Dean’s List throughout his academic career. Prior to joining Meador & Seltzer, Joey served as insurance defense counsel for numerous Fortune 50 companies and defended cases involving wrongful death, commercial motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, sexual assault, general personal injury claims, workplace claims including discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment, medical malpractice, and product liability resulting in serious injury. Joey is licensed to practice law in both State and Federal Court throughout Missouri and Illinois.
